Wednesday 12.15-1.15 / 1.30-2.30 booking is essential - classes run in 6 week blocks.
Each course is £40 for 6 weeks; paid in advance
- Classes are suitable for any mum 6 weeks postnatal until a year postnatal, or until the infant is fully moving.
- Each week the class is different as the exercises evolve and intensify slowly without hindering the bodies recovery after pregnancy and birth.
- All exercises incorporate your baby into the routines which is a lovely way to bond and share the time together. No previous fitness experience or level required - everything you need is provided.
- These classes are a brilliant way to meet new people and have a giggle, there is even time for a natter and refreshments after; even the odd biscuit if you’d like!
