HATHA YOGA

Time: Wednesdays in the Lounge 6.45pm-7.30pm

  • Yoga is learning to come back to yourself. It is finding your limits, expanding your boundaries, and being able to truly relax into who you are
  • Develop awareness of your body’s habitual holding patterns
  • General vitality and energy levels
  • Develops coordination, flexibility, balance, mental clarity, increased concentration and overall health
  • Yoga is an all-round life-enhancer

You must book your space due to limited space. Pay for a 6 week block in advance for £30 and save £1 per class. Pay on the night - £6.
