We’re excited to announce the launch of the Hatch Warren Repair Café, opening at Hatch Warren Community Centre on the first Saturday of every month!
Every day, countless items are thrown away that could easily be repaired and given a new lease on life. That’s where the Repair Café comes in—helping people fix their broken belongings, reduce waste, and learn valuable repair skills. Whether it’s a torn jacket, a faulty toaster, or a wobbly chair, our skilled volunteers are here to help you fix it instead of binning it!
Founded by Cllr. Stacy Hart and Cllr. Jonathan Jenkin, and run in partnership with Chineham Repair Café, this initiative brings the community together to save money, reduce waste, and share skills. Plus, there’s always a friendly atmosphere with tea, coffee, and great company!
Get Involved!
The Repair Café depends on volunteers, and we’re looking for people with skills in repairing clothes, household items, or electricals—as well as friendly faces to welcome guests or serve refreshments. If you’d like to get involved, contact us at 07926 789 879 or info@chinehamrepair.org.uk.
Join us at the Hatch Warren Repair Café—because small fixes make a big difference!
